Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent while respecting the rules of our travel partners.

Flight Cancellations

Flight cancellations are governed by the specific airline's fare rules. Additionally, in compliance with US Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, if you book a flight at least 7 days prior to departure, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund without penalty. Outside of this 24-hour window, non-refundable tickets may only qualify for future airline credits.

Hotel Cancellations

Hotel cancellations depend on the rate chosen at the time of booking. Free cancellation rates typically allow you to cancel without penalty up to a specified date. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled for a refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please log into your account or contact our support team. Cancellations must be made prior to the departure or check-in time.
