Refund Policy

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible in accordance with the terms of your booking and applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific booking. Agency service fees and some taxes may be non-refundable.

Processing Time

Eligible refunds are typically processed by our systems within 3-5 business days. Once processed on our end, it may take your US bank or credit card provider an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Original Payment Method

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., the specific credit card) used for the booking. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or send paper checks for credit card transactions.
