2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Any additional fees, such as state taxes, local municipality taxes, or resort fees, may apply and are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have the necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and for complying with the entry requirements of your destination. For domestic flights within the US, travelers must ensure they comply with TSA regulations and have REAL ID-compliant identification when required.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, USA.
