What are the luggage limits per vehicle?+
Standard sedans handle 2 large suitcases plus 2 carry-ons. SUVs handle 4 large suitcases plus 4 carry-ons. Tempo travellers and vans handle 7+ large bags. Tell us the bag count when booking and we will match you to the right vehicle category automatically.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight in real time using the flight number on your booking. Your driver adjusts pickup time automatically — no extra charge, no missed-pickup penalty, no need to call us. If the delay is severe (3+ hours), our dispatch team confirms timing with you directly.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time on standard transfers. Cancellations between 24 and 2 hours before pickup are refunded 50%; within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Specialty vehicles and group bookings may have stricter terms — always confirmed at booking.
